Hearty welcome to French Youth for “socio-cultural exposure programme” at Vimukti Pothnal:
Vimukti Charitable Trust was indeed glad to receive seven young, energetic enthusiastic youth namely Marielle Delhomme, Laure de Drouas, Diane de Malleray, Hermance Hostein,Graciane Dalsace, Victoire Prangé, and Ophélie de Boisdeffre, to its premises. Under the direction, guidance and motivation of Rev. Fr. Alwyn Dias Provincial vicar, these young people willingly obliged to come to this exposure programme here in Pothnal. Fr. Sathish Fernandes the Vimukti Director and the staff members welcomed them cordially. The French youth were received to the campus with the Indian traditional welcome. For these youth it is going to be a different atmosphere altogether in Pothnal. They have come all the way from France to India especially to this village in view of experiencing the realities of life faced by the local people. They will go to the villages and observe each and everything along with the vimukti staff. The rich and variety of culture, tradition, social problems and other various issues related to the people is the subject matter of their study. They will be carrying the treasure of experience from Pothnal. So we wish all these youth all the very best and have fruitful experience here during their stay.
