Memorable Event

January 8th 2012 the day would remain memorable one in the hearts and the minds of the vimukti children as their long awaited dream was fulfilled that is the inauguration of the magazine named as “The foot prints of vimukti children” translated as the (Vimukti Makkala Hejje).

The vimukti institute considerably works for the betterment of children and it strives to bring the best out of those children by way of constant support, by their moral support only keeping in mind that the children become the little stars and shine wherever they go. This magazine gave a ample of opportunity to the children where they could write various articles, poems, rhymes, stories, art so on and so forth.

There were various sports and group competitions were held to these children in which many bagged prizes. The dances performed by these children on the stage which attracted the huge local crowd. The dignitaries Mr. Gangappa K.A.S, Mr. Daniel Helbert, Mr. Shridhar Doddi, Mr. N.V. Swami, Mrs. Jattiot Lilly, Mrs. Bernadette Daniel Helbert, Rev. Fr. Santa Lopez, Mr. V.A. Mannangi, Rev. Sr. Theresina and the children representatives beautified the stage by their presence just like the flowers that are present in the garden. Mr. Daniel the president of Ensemble Aggisons inaugurated the booklet. In his brief speech the key note was that we see that the children’s sentiments should not be hurt in any case and we should work hard towards their growth. If we educate a child we educate entire family and if a family is educated entire village is educated and if the village is educated entire society, at last the entire country becomes an educated one. It is important to bring certain standard in the children. the children are bundle of many talents and gifts. We have to encourage them each and every moment.

Ensemble Aggisons group thanked the vimukti team for working hard towards development of children and also expressed their gratitude to the vimukti team. The director Fr. Sathish said in his speech that our institute has taken this initiative to bring out the various talents in about 800 children whom we are working for. All other dignitaries appreciated the work of our institute in few words. The effective sound system and systematic arrangements by the vimukti staff received applause and appreciation for their hard efforts.
