Vimukti negotiates with local leaders for strengthening its visions and goals
Just as the famous quote goes 'no man is an island', so too, no organization can function effectively on its own. There is a must need of the variety of experience that comes from collaboration with such likeminded people. They have a better role to play. They boost the organization through their, innovative ideas and opinions for the growth and wellbeing of it. The VIMUKTI has always upheld this principle. Keeping this in mind Vimukti held a meeting of all the local leaders for the evaluation of this organization.

The Vimukti director presented the report of five years of achievements, the challenges faced and further recommendations for the future plans. He also narrated as how from the past has created impact on the people. He said that Vimukti has built a strong bond with local and district government, media, other NGOs through this rapport they are able to work more efficiently. As an part of our achievement we have more than 15,000 beneficiaries where we have influenced their lives through various deeds that clearly speaks volumes about our organization. No doubt success brings us joy but we also need new techniques and methods to vigor our children. Today’s children are much interested in computer, T.V. and sports and are taught with these mediums. Accordingly, we have the computer lab, audio visual and sports which has made learning more effective and fruitful. The vision of the organization is to from the Children into a “Universal Man” and therefore attention is towards all- round development of the children. This has made our organization attractive and acceptable with the mutual support and help of the local government.

Further he exhorted the gathering that many of our children and youth are not coming forward to get the benefits which organization gives through various innovative programs. After listening to the director many voiced their opinion through various suggestions which could be implemented in the future. The director in his concluding address expressed that it was an occasion to know each other better, and also was an opportunity to share the views on the areas concerned. This event was held not to find a complete solution for all the plans but this was an attempt to find various ways to face the situations. Thus the program was concluded with lot of positive insights and thoughts. It was a wonderful time of experience as well.
