Training on availing Government facilities:
The public awareness programs should reach the target group and make them avail the benefits of the government schemes; keeping this thought in mind Vimukti organized two days of training for all the youth of the project area. 123 youths from 9 Panchyaths benefited from this training. Participants got information on different type of Government facilities such as SC/ST benefits, Ashraya Yojane, Krishi yojane, Basava Kalyana Yojane, MGNREGA legal rights, superstitions, etc., were dealt with. Experts, in each field, were the resource persons. It was the best attempt to bring back the youth in the villages of our working area. It was an eye- opening and thought provoking training.
